Our Story
ZeroLingua began with a simple observation: the world's most valuable knowledge is increasingly locked behind the English language barrier. Whether it's learning to code, studying advanced science, or even accessing basic how-to guides, English proficiency has become an unofficial prerequisite for self-directed learning.
This reality creates a devastating cycle. Communities without English access fall further behind in the digital economy, while English-speaking populations accumulate advantages in education, career opportunities, and innovation capacity.
We knew traditional language learning approaches weren't designed for this challenge. Apps like Duolingo assume reliable internet, expensive devices, and existing literacy. Classroom instruction requires trained teachers and formal infrastructure that many communities lack.
So we asked: What if we could teach English the way children naturally learn language?
Through visual inference, comprehensible input, and local AI processing, ZeroLingua creates an English learning experience that works on basic Android phones, functions offline, and adapts to each learner's interests and pace.
